Welcome to the NNPHL Online Course on humanitarian leadership.
We’re excited that you have joined our online community of current and aspiring humanitarian professionals! The NNPHL Online Course is hosted by the National NGO Program on Humanitarian Leadership. We are very excited to offer you an opportunity to explore humanitarian leadership, management and topical issues critical to advancing humanitarian principles and alleviating suffering.
The NNPHL Online Course is a series of video lectures, recommended readings, and quizzes. We recommend that you spend time before each lecture to complete the readings, but it is not required.
In order to complete the course, you must obtain a checkmark for every lesson. In order to complete each lesson you much fulfill two requirements:
- You must watch each video in its entirety. Once each video has been watched, a check mark will appear on the home page (below).
- After watching the video, you must complete the quiz and achieve a passing score of 80%. You may retake the quiz as many times as necessary. Please note that there are no quiz questions for the Reflection videos.
If there is still an unchecked row, you must go back and watch the lecture in its entirety, pass the corresponding quiz, or perform both.
