These modules tackle key questions of leadership from the perspective of practitioners across a range of disciplines. Through experiential examples and illustrative frameworks, each instructor describes how leadership can transform coordination and teamwork in each of their fields.
The modules are broken down into 15 – 25-minute lectures, with some in-depth lectures that last longer, and are supplemented with recommended readings and guided questions. They are aimed to encourage critical thinking in order to strengthen your decision-making and coordination capabilities, as well as increase knowledge to optimize current humanitarian programming.
NNPHL combines cutting-edge curricula from both world-class instructors and seasoned humanitarian practitioners to offer participants an educational experience that combines theory and practice.
